Retainer Fee:

• A non-refundable retainer fee of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your date
• Remaining balance is due day of your session
• Session will NOT be considered confirmed until retainer is received  

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Appointments must be cancelled or Rescheduled at least 72 hours before appointment.
• Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional cost if notified 72 hours in advance

Session Guidelines:

• Please arrive on time to receive the best quality
• Arrivals over 30 minutes late will be cancelled
• Up to 2 extra guests are allowed for your comfort (as long as you let me know beforehand who your guests are)

Delivery:

• Edited Images (count depends on selected package) will be delivered with your preferred service (iCloud, Google Photos, Pixieset or Flash drive)
• Unedited or RAW images are NOT included

Image Rights:

• Clients receive personal printing rights to images
• Captured by Kelly K retains copyright and may use images for promotional purposes
• If you prefer not to have your images shared publicly please notify me IN WRITING before the session

Refunds:

• Not Available

Travel and Locations:

• Sessions outside of Fresno and Surrounding areas may include extra travel fees depending on distance of travel.
